About Jennie Lee

Jennie Lee is the author of Spark Change: 108 Provocative Questions for Spiritual EvolutionBreathing Love: Meditation in Action; and True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness and Spiritual Fulfillment.

A certified Yoga Therapist for the past 20 years, Jennie has coached hundreds of clients in developing peaceful, authentic lives through the transformative practices of classical yoga and meditation, spiritual psychology, and body-centered psychotherapy.

She is known for her candidness and ability to apply the ancient wisdom teachings to modern challenges, helping people to realize their most loving Self. Jennie is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), as well as the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500). She is based in Hawaii, where she loves to surf and hike with her husband and son.
