Material in this course is based on the yogic criteria for health and the Eight Limb Path of Yoga found in the classical text, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. It is comprised of written lessons, guided yoga movement and meditations, breathwork, self-reflection questions, and homework to take the practice into daily life.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed. The coursework is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Anyone who feels challenged by the chaotic nature of daily life and who would like to develop strategies for greater health and wellbeing will benefit from the teachings offered.

About Jennie Lee
Jennie Lee is the author of Spark Change: 108 Provocative Questions for Spiritual Evolution; Breathing Love: Meditation in Action; and True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness and Spiritual Fulfillment.
A certified Yoga Therapist for the past 20 years, Jennie has coached hundreds of clients in developing peaceful, authentic lives through the transformative practices of classical yoga and meditation, spiritual psychology, and body-centered psychotherapy.
She is known for her candidness and ability to apply the ancient wisdom teachings to modern challenges, helping people to realize their most loving Self. Jennie is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), as well as the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500). She is based in Hawaii, where she loves to surf and hike with her husband and son.
